Since 2002, Comateq GmbH has been active in the manufacture of carbon fibre reinforced plastic, glass fibre reinforced plastic, reinforced plastic and aluminium products.
At the beginning of 2022, the company was looking for a heat pump chiller with a low-noise design. Taking into account the customer’s wishes and understanding the technological peculiarities of the company, our specialist selected the BLUE BOX TETRIS chiller manufactured in 2013. Its capacity is 178 kW and its dimensions are 4.58 x 2.30 x 2.40 metres. This chiller is in excellent condition with a test run.
The BLUE BOX TETRIS chiller is equipped with four scroll compressors and a heat pump, which ensures efficient cooling and reliable maintenance of the required temperature in the system.
Given the successful co-operation with our company, Comateq GmbH approached us for the second time. This time, the customer required two chillers with heat pump function. Taking into account all the required parameters, our specialist recommended the following chillers: a 48 kW BLUE BOX OMICRON chiller from 2020 with dimensions of 2.44 x 1.20 x 2.00 m and an 80 kW DAIKIN chiller from 2010 with dimensions of 2.60 x 2.02 x 2.30 m. The chiller was absolutely new.
The BLUE BOX OMICRON chiller was brand new and equipped with a heat pump. It was equipped with two Danfoss scroll compressors and a plate heat exchanger. The DAIKIN chiller also had a heat pump function and included two Danfoss scroll compressors.
The chillers have successfully passed thorough testing by our station. Before dispatch, we carried out a comprehensive preparation, including cleaning the unit, checking all key parameters and fine-tuning the controller to the set temperatures.
