AIRCOOLED CHILLER BlueBox GEYSER 80 KW FOR «LEDLABEL» (Led Industry)

The Dutch company LEDLABEL, which is engaged in LED and laser cutting, also needed a cooling machine for their company. Taking into account their needs, we settled on a single-circuit chiller of the BLUE BOX brand, model GEYSER 2 HT 80, with a cooling capacity of 80 kW manufactured in 2017.

It is worth noting that the GEYSER 2 is a specialized machine from the HP series, covering a wide power range from 6 to 78 kW and running on one gaseous refrigerant (R410A) with one compressor. These machines offer unique benefits including wide operating and power ranges, automatic hot water management, Hws version available for all sizes.

The chiller has been tested in real conditions at a test station. During testing, the controller was set to the specified temperatures. Before shipment, the chiller was washed inside and out, and the condenser cleaned. Then all 7 test parameters were carried out: system tightness, technical condition of compressors, oil acidity level, mechanical and electrical, fan performance, visual and technical condition, condenser and heat exchanger, diagnostics and calibration of expansion valves, relays, sensors, controller setting and before shipment of the chiller was examined. All parameters are recorded in the checklist.

The process of packing the chiller before shipment included protecting vulnerable parts using special materials, reinforcing inside the packaging to prevent movement during transport. Once the packaging was completed, the necessary documentation was prepared.

In addition, we organized transport and the chiller was delivered to the client, securely fastened and packaged.
