Laboratoire Funline / Élysées cosmétiques, a company that specialises in the production of alkyl nitrites, water-alcohol solutions and other liquid products. Founded in 2009, it is proud to own iconic brands such as Rush, Jungle Juice, Amsterdam Poppers, Bronx, Quick Silver and many more.
When the company approached us, they were looking for a solution for their new industrial process requiring a chiller with a capacity of around 15kW at an operating temperature of -10°C. It was important for us to take into account all of the customer’s specifics and needs, so we offered two chiller options. The first option was the CLIVET WSAN-XEE 102 and the second was the KKT CBOXX.
However, the main selection criterion for the client was the chiller’s ability to operate at low temperatures of -10°C. The customer also had a number of questions about the characteristics and operating conditions of the chiller, including cooling time, noise level, cooling agent, warranty and delivery conditions.
We provided detailed and informative answers to all of the customer’s questions, helping them to make an informed choice. As a result of our cooperation, the final decision to purchase KKT CBOXX chiller was made.
This chiller from 2016 with an output of 45 kW at a temperature range of 12/7 – 35°C, is equipped with two Danfoss scroll compressors, a plate heat exchanger and an integrated hydronic module with two Siemens pumps and an expansion tank. It is characterised by low noise levels, thanks to the optimal design of the surfaces for heat exchange and the use of high-efficiency fans with innovative “wings”. The sound pressure level is only 60 dB(A).
The chiller has also successfully passed rigorous testing on 7 inspection parameters, guaranteeing reliable and efficient operation. Prior to despatch, we carried out a comprehensive preparation including cleaning the unit, checking all key parameters and fine-tuning the controller to the specified temperature settings. This provides the customer with reliability and confidence in the chiller’s performance in an environment where maintaining specific temperature parameters is essential.
