CHILLER HYFRA SIGMA 5-W-S 3.2 kW and FRIGOTECHNIK HANDELS 1/4CES-6Y 15 kW for «Schumag» (Manufacturer of auto parts)

Schumag AG is a German company specializing in the production of components, automotive parts, components for measuring equipment, precision axles for household appliances, medical and optical equipment, as well as standard components for pressure casting. Additionally, the company manufactures equipment for the energy sector, including oil and gas supply systems, power plants, and nuclear power plants.

We were approached by the Romanian company Schumag Romania srl for consultation regarding the selection of chillers. Taking into account the customer’s preferences and understanding the technological features of the enterprise, our specialist selected the HYFRA SIGMA and FRIGOTECHNIK HANDELS chillers.

The HYFRA SIGMA chiller, released in 2021 with a capacity of 3.2 kW, is equipped with two Danfoss scroll compressors and a plate heat exchanger. Its dimensions are 2400 x 1100 x 1770 mm, and the chiller was brand new.

The FRIGOTECHNIK HANDELS chiller from 2018, with a capacity of 15 kW, is equipped with a single Bitzer piston compressor and a plate heat exchanger. Its dimensions are 1.00 x 1.10 x 1.55 m, and it was also brand new.

Both chillers successfully passed thorough testing for 7 verification parameters. Before rental, we conducted comprehensive preparation, including device cleaning, checking all key parameters, and precise adjustment of the controller to the specified temperatures.
