Plastiva UAB is a young company founded in 2020 that specializes in the production of polyethylene films, plastic packaging and other plastic products. In 2023, they expanded their activities by starting the production of plastic garden products. Plastiva UAB currently operates in a B2B format and is focused on manufacturing products for a specific Gardmex partner company.
They approached us for help in selecting a new chiller due to the low performance and high power consumption of their old chiller. Taking into account the customer’s wishes and the technological features of the company, our specialist selected a 2016 EMICON RAE chiller with an output of 166 kW and dimensions of 3.86 x 1.40 x 2.42 meters. The condition was excellent.
This chiller, equipped with two Bitzer scroll compressors, plate heat exchanger and freecooling option, further increases its efficiency, allowing the chiller to be used in both cooling and heating mode, which is especially useful in winter.
After installing the chiller, the company immediately noticed a positive change in production performance. Productivity increased and energy consumption decreased.
