Design features
This series features air-cooled condenser chillers running on HFC R-407C refrigerant.
This refrigerant has significant advantages from an environmental point of view: it does not contain chlorine and does not destroy the ozone layer. Chillers of this series are equipped with heat exchangers for free cooling. They are used in air conditioning systems for residential and industrial buildings when cooling is required.

the compressor runs with less load or even shuts down completely. As a result, the required cooling capacity is achieved with almost zero energy consumption (100% free cooling corresponds to the energy efficiency indicator E.E.R. 25).
The unit’s composition
– The carcass made of galvanized steel sheets with a thermoset.
– Outside the unit body is sheathed with sheets of paraluman (an alloy of aluminum and magnesium); the frame is made of aluminum
profile.
– Semi-hermetic reciprocating compressors.
– Silencer in the discharge line.
– Heat exchanger-condenser and heat exchanger for natural cooling from copper pipes with aluminum fins, sub cooling circuit.
– Three-way valves and associated bends in the water circuit, designed to operate in natural mode cooling.
– A liquid receiver with valves for regulating the discharge pressure.
– Axial fans with a 6-pole electric motor and aluminum impeller vanes (injection molding), electric motor with the degree of protection IP54.
– Insulated evaporator with an asymmetric arrangement of refrigerant channels.
– Thermostatic valves. Filters dehumidifiers. Sight glasses. Solenoid valves in the liquid line.
– The electrical equipment and control panel complies with the requirements of EN 60204 1 / EC 204 1.
– Microprocessor control system.
– The chiller is completely charged with refrigerant and frost-resistant oil.
– The locking system shuts off the power when the doors are opened.
– All units undergo general tests and performance checks at the factory.
