Clivet’s experience in high power chillers is embodied in the WDATB series with the following benefits:
► EFFICIENCY – new powerful screw compressors (more than 1400 kW – 2 compressors) and shell-and-tube heat exchangers have been developed specifically for the use of R-134A refrigerant. Air-cooled heat exchangers were created directly for the best adaptation to other components of the refrigeration circuit. Compressors are controlled with continuous adaptation to the specific operating conditions of the system. Maximum efficiency was achieved while maintaining an acceptable price. The entire model range is characterized by increased energy efficiency.
► SELF-ADAPTATION – a new, intelligent control device developed directly by Clivet that ideally adapts to changes in system load. This solution reduces power consumption and noise, while at the same time increasing the service of the system.
► RELIABILITY and DURABILITY – the supporting structure made of galvanized steel, semi-hermetic twin screw compressors and shell-and-tube evaporators ensure reliable and long-term operation of the unit. Careful implementation of all finishing works provides high resistance to atmospheric influences in any operating conditions.
