The given used chiller is executed in monoblock and equipped with four hermetic screw compressors of the Carlyle trademark, producing 980 kW of the cooling capacity. Shell-tube evaporator with the volume 191 liters is thermally insulated with PU foam with thickness 19 mm. The central tube sheet separates the two refrigeration blocks charged with ozone-safe Freon R134A 163 and 148 kilograms correspondingly. The air condenser with copper pipes and aluminum lips cools 14 ventilators of the type FLYING BIRD (2 with rotating cover). The ventilators are located in such a way: 6 pieces in one circle and 8 pieces in the second.System PRO-DIALOG Plus, which is distributing 10 step-type load stages of the equipment, is located on the control panel. During projection of automation all the recommendations of European standard EN 60204-1 were specified. The disconnecting devices and special chains, which are designated for energy supply to the evaporator and condenser pump, are located in the first circuit.
