The outcome of this collaborative effort was the integration of a CLIVET chiller, specifically the WSAT-XIN 51 with a substantial capacity of 74.5 kW. This chiller model is furnished with 2 Danfoss spiral plate heat exchangers and boasts dimensions of 2400 x 1100 x 1770 mm, underscoring its robust design. Notably, the chiller was brand new, ensuring that it met the highest standards of performance and reliability.
The selected chiller underwent a comprehensive testing regimen, scrutinizing seven key inspection parameters to guarantee its efficacy. Prior to deployment, our team undertook thorough preparations, encompassing unit cleaning, meticulous examination of critical parameters, and fine-tuning of the controller to align with predefined temperature settings. This proactive approach reflects our commitment to delivering not just equipment but a seamless and optimized operational experience.
