Aircooled Chiller CLIVET WDAN-IK4 487/472 KW for «TAGO» (Confectionery manufacturer)

TAGO is a family-owned confectionery company founded in 1966 in Ciemna, near Warsaw. It is one of the largest confectionery producers in the country, utilising advanced technology and quality ingredients from reliable suppliers.

For the production of sweets it was necessary to maintain the temperature regime at 4-5 °C. Taking into account the customer’s wishes we selected a Clivet WDAN-IK4 chiller with a capacity of 487 kW, manufactured in 2020, with dimensions of 7.75 x 2.36 x 2.55 meters.

The Clivet WDAN-IK4 chiller has 2 Bitzer screw compressors, shell and tube and plate heat exchanger. This ensures reliable and efficient operation, as well as improving cooling efficiency and ensuring optimum temperature, which is essential for TAGO production.

The chillers have been thoroughly tested at our test station. Before dispatch it was thoroughly prepared: it was cleaned, all key parameters were checked and the controller was fine-tuned to the set temperatures. 

In addition, we organised transport and the chiller was delivered to the customer, securely fastened and packed.
