Looking for high-quality and reliable equipment we were approached by the young guys, which are the owners of a small poultry farm in the Transcarpathian region (west Ukraine). Poultry are farmed and slaughted by them. In bird cooling department, they had to install equipment to cool the chicken carcass in special baths to +1 degrees. The chiller cools propylene glycol, and glycol in the heat exchanger cools the water to +0.5 degrees, then the water flowed into a special bath with auger where the cooled chicken carcass.
