Shockfroster GFN is a floor-mounted fan cooler with horizontal airflow for use in quick freezers.
Ideal for use where fast freezing requires high performance in the smallest area. In the meat, poultry and fish processing industries, in the dairy industry, in the manufacture of ice cream, semi-finished products, etc.; where quality food preservation is needed.
Rapid freezing ensures that the nutrients and original properties of the food (taste, smell, appearance, etc.) are preserved. The high freezing speed, as a result of the low temperature and high air circulation, leads to the formation of microcrystals and thus reduces moisture loss during defrosting. In addition, quick freezing enables the consumer to obtain a high income from frozen food.
The cooler block is made of a copper tube bundle of corridor type, aluminum lamellas. Body – unpainted galvanized steel sheet, unpainted galvanized steel legs. Aluminum tray, hinged and easy to clean.
